SuccessFactors Senior Consultant - Compensation

We’re looking for a Senior Consultant with strong SuccessFactors Compensation expertise to join a high-performing SAP practice delivering complex, global implementations for major enterprise clients. This is an opportunity to lead functional workstreams, shape compensation solutions, and collaborate with experienced SAP professionals on some of the UK’s most exciting HR transformation projects.What You’ll Be DoingLeading SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementations on large, global programmes Driving business process design and transformation workshops Advising clients on SAP best practice and the latest SuccessFactors innovations Managing and mentoring functional teams across onshore and offshore delivery models Supporting pre-sales activities, including solution design, RFP responses and client demonstrations Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and project teams Ensuring high-quality project delivery throughout the implementation lifecycleWhat We’re Looking
