Job description

Supports supplier integration and software delivery within the driver assist features. This role focuses on embedded systems design support, software change management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful development, validation, and release of vehicle software., * Guide suppliers through GPDS requirements and signoff processes

  • Support development of driver assists features and embedded systems
  • Manage software work packages (release documentation, validation, OTA updates)
  • Collaborate on cross-module network communication (OTA, CAN, CMA, E2E, PARSED)
  • Investigate and resolve Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) and support Quality Early Detection (QED)
  • Assist in service manual development and diagnostics specification release
  • Support Breadboard/HiL testing, issue resolution, and software updates
  • Support prototype builds including root cause analysis and software flashing
  • Ensure compliance with Central Software requirements (ASPICE)
  • Lead Software Technical Design Reviews (TDRs)
  • Support assembly plant End-of-Line (EOL) setup and issue resolution
  • Participate in Agile software development processes

Requirements

Do you have experience in System design for system development?, * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science

  • 5+ years of experience in embedded systems design or development (chassis or powertrain)
  • At least 2+ years of experience in chassis or powertrain controls design/development
  • Background in design & release engineering with strong technical involvement (not purely PM)

Education / Experience Preferred

  • Experience with requirements and supplier management
  • Knowledge of FMEA and quality processes
  • Familiarity with vehicle networks (CAN, etc.)
  • Experience with data acquisition systems (digital/analog)
  • Exposure to system analysis tools and modeling (MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow, SysML)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot vehicle/system issues
  • Proven communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments bringing concepts to production
