Job description

As a Salesforce Developer, you will design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to support enterprise CRM and customer engagement initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver secure, high-performing applications while driving integrations, platform enhancements, and release management activities., * Gather and analyze business and technical requirements to design Salesforce-based solutions.

Develop, customize, and maintain applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
Configure Salesforce features using Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and other declarative tools.
Lead application releases, deployments, and change management activities across environments.
Design and implement integrations with cloud and on-premises systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Support Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Digital Experience Sites implementations.
Create and maintain technical architecture documentation, standards, and development guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system integration and solution delivery.
Support CI/CD processes, source control, branch management, and deployments using SFDX and Azure DevOps.

Requirements

6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience across the full Salesforce development lifecycle.
4+ years of experience developing with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript.
5+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Digital Experience Sites/Experience Cloud.
Strong experience migrating Salesforce Classic applications to Lightning Experience.
Experience migrating legacy Visualforce portals to Salesforce Digital Experience Sites.
Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, OAuth, and SSO technologies.
Experience with GoMeddo Scheduling customization, Conga Composer, and enterprise Salesforce ecosystem tools.
Strong knowledge of SFDX, source control management, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or Experience Cloud certifications are highly preferred.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, architecture, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
