Job description

We’re hiring a full stack developer to join our dev team of around 10 and help us continue building myAnalyst and our newer products (myAnalyst Pro, Signals, Snap Claim, Clipboard). You’ll work across the stack, from data models and SQL queries to dashboards, KPI views, and mobile-friendly interfaces that franchise operators actually use every day.

This is an in-person role. We want someone who wants to be in the room with the team.

Who we want

Above all, we want someone highly resourceful. The developers who thrive here figure things out, ship work that matters, and don’t wait for permission or perfect specs. We’re looking for someone who treats modern AI tools like Claude, Codex, Grok, Gemini, Copilot, Cursor, and whatever launches next month as a serious force multiplier, not a gimmick. If you’re already using these tools daily to write, debug, design, and ship faster, you’ll fit in here. If you’re not, you’ll fall behind.

We believe the best developers in 2026 aren’t the ones who memorize syntax. They’re the ones who know how to direct AI, verify its output, and use it to build better products faster than anyone thought possible.

Our stack

We’re primarily a Microsoft shop. Most of our work is in HTML, Python, Java, and SQL. We’re also beginning to expand into Snowflake and other modern data tools. You should be comfortable across the Microsoft ecosystem and excited to help us evaluate and adopt new tools as we grow.

What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain features across our reporting and analytics platform

  • Write performant SQL queries and help shape our data architecture

  • Develop interactive dashboards, leaderboards, and drill-down views

  • Design and integrate APIs and data pipelines

  • Translate sales and operator feedback into shipped product

  • Optimize for mobile, since many of our users are on their phones at the shop

  • Use AI tools aggressively to compress timelines and raise quality

  • Help us evaluate and integrate new tools like Snowflake as our data needs grow

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, * Strong fundamentals in HTML, Python, Java, and SQL

  • Comfort writing complex SQL queries and working with relational databases

  • Experience in a Microsoft stack (SQL Server, .NET, Azure, etc.)

  • Frontend skills, with experience in modern JavaScript and at least one framework

  • Mobile-responsive design experience

  • Git or similar source control workflow

  • Daily, fluent use of AI coding tools (Claude, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, Gemini, etc.) We want to hear specifically how you use them

  • Resourcefulness. You find answers, ship work, and unblock yourself

  • Clear written and verbal communication

Bonus points

  • Experience with Snowflake or other modern data warehouses

  • Experience with BI tools, reporting platforms, or analytics products

  • SMS or notification integrations (Twilio, etc.)

  • Experience with POS data, franchise software, or multi-unit operations

  • You’ve built side projects or shipped products solo using AI tools

  • You’ve worked at a small company and like shipping fast

Experience level

We’re open. If you’re junior with strong fundamentals, resourcefulness, and a track record of using AI to punch above your weight, apply. If you’re senior and want a smaller team where you have real impact, apply.

About the company

SiteTech Systems builds myAnalyst, a reporting and analytics platform used by multi-unit auto service franchise operators across the country, including Jiffy Lube, Meineke, Midas, and others. Our customers run real shops, and our software helps them run them better. We’re a small, sales-driven team that ships fast, takes operator feedback seriously, and is growing.
