Job description
The Infrastructure & Systems Administrator owns the design, deployment, and ongoing administration of client Active Directory, cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), and network environments. This is a project- and ownership-driven role, not a ticket queue: the administrator will lead infrastructure projects and migrations from planning through execution, set standards other technicians follow, and serve as the escalation point for complex issues. The role also includes emergency/incident response outside business hours on a rare, as-needed basis (e.g., major outages, security incidents) - this is not a routine on-call rotation. Strong project management, documentation, and client-facing communication skills are required.
