From day one, you’ll have the opportunity to work on internal projects (I.e. employee servicing chatbot, proposal assistant, staffing assistant, …) within our AI Lab, gaining experience with setting up GenAI solutions. You’ll also contribute to projects for top-tier financial institutions, including initiatives like AI-powered KYC solutions, multi-agent OKR performance management , and AI-led transformation office toolkits.

Requirements

  • Fluent Dutch and English (French is a plus)
  • A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence or a related quantitative field
  • Experience with Python and TypeScript for LLM integration and building GenAI workflows
  • Expertise in state-of-the-art LLMs and embedding models, as well as RAG frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and LlamaIndex
  • Proficiency in vector databases and advanced similarity and hybrid search solutions, including Pinecone, Elasticsearch, Azure AI Search, Chroma, and Weaviate
  • Skilled in prompt engineering techniques, orchestration, templating and versioning and evaluation to ensure high-quality outputs
  • Proven ability to deploy and automate GenAI workflows, with attention to AI safety measures such as guardrails, safety filters, and prompt-injection mitigation; and inference cost management
