OneStream Functional Data Migration Lead and Trainer

An international organisation is undertaking a major finance transformation programme and is seeking a Functional OneStream Data Migration Lead to support the migration from a legacy SAP FC environment.

Working closely with both the internal project team and the external Systems Integrator, this role will ensure that the technical migration is fully aligned with business and functional requirements.

The successful consultant will play a key role in reviewing and validating the target OneStream model, ensuring that account structures, disclosures, reporting requirements, and overall solution design meet the organisation’s consolidation and reporting needs. Acting as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders, they will help drive a successful implementation while supporting governance, testing, and project delivery activities.

A secondary focus of the position will be supporting user adoption and business readiness activities. This will include the creation of training materials, end-user training, support activities, and participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The role is offered on a hybrid basis, with onsite presence in Belgium expected during key project phases and as project demands require. The initial contract is expected to run for approximately 12 months, with potential for extension as the programme evolves.

Proven experience with OneStream implementations or support projects

Strong understanding of financial consolidation, reporting, and disclosure processes

Previous experience migrating from SAP FC (Financial Consolidation) is highly desirable

Experience supporting UAT, training, user adoption, and business readiness activities

Ability to ensure technical delivery aligns with functional and business requirements

Experience working with external implementation partners and internal project teams

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid, international project environment
