Job description
We are looking for an experienced Digital Workplace Project Manager to lead and coordinate workplace transformation initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. The successful candidate will drive digital workplace projects focused on collaboration, productivity, governance, user adoption, and employee experience while ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT standards.
Lead Digital Workplace projects from initiation to delivery. Manage scope, planning, budget, risks, governance, and reporting activities. Coordinate business stakeholders, technical teams, external partners, and vendors. Drive Digital Workplace roadmaps and workplace transformation initiatives. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements. Facilitate steering committees, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions. Define and monitor KPIs related to adoption, usage, employee experience, and business value. Support change management and user adoption strategies. Contribute to continuous improvement of workplace platforms and processes. Provide clear communication and reporting to senior management.
Requirements
Extensive experience in IT Project Management and Program Management. Strong background in Digital Workplace and Modern Workplace environments. Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Office 365). Knowledge of Digital Workplace & Productivity Platforms. Experience with Endpoint Management solutions (Intune, device lifecycle management). Strong understanding of Azure and Cloud infrastructure concepts. Governance, compliance, security, and risk management expertise. Stakeholder Management and Executive Reporting. Agile, PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent project methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and planning skills. Fluent in French or Dutch and professional English. Votre profil You have at least 10 years of professional experiences in IT If you are at least fluent in FR/ENG or NL/ENG it’s best You’re eager to learn, motivated and curious
