Job description
- Systematically identify and create automated test cases in Gherkin, based on defined acceptance criteria
- Implement API and UI end-to-end automated tests
- Ensure the stability and maintenance of CI/CD test pipelines
- Plan and execute automated smoke, feature, and regression tests
- Create defect reports in Jira
- Perform error analysis for failed tests in close collaboration with the engineering team
- Work closely and communicate effectively with the engineering team, database team, product owner and systems engineers
- In-depth understanding of testing methodologies, processes, and solutions
Requirements
- Completed technical education in IT (minimum HTL level) and several years of professional experience in software testing
- Minimum 2 years of C# development experience and at least 1 year of BDD experience using Reqnroll and Playwright, with TypeScript as a plus
- At least 1 year of experience working with Gitlab or similar CI/CD technologies
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Several years of experience with REST API test automation and SQL databases
- Strong quality awareness, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in an agile team
- Proficient command of English, both written and spoken
