Job description
You will build and improve integrations between SAP, business applications and Alliander’s wider digital landscape. Your work ensures that data moves securely, reliably and efficiently between systems and enables business-critical processes that support the development and management of the Dutch energy network. We are building the energy network of the future for everyone, with everyone. As an SAP Integration Specialist, you will contribute by:
- building, configuring and managing integrations on SAP integration platforms;
- supporting teams with integration challenges involving SAP and related applications;
- monitoring the quality, performance, security and continuity of integrations;
- analysing and resolving issues across system chains and interfaces;
- improving integrations, processes, standards and knowledge across the integration domain.

You will do this within Alliander.
The drive to discover what is possible takes energy. The right working environment gives you that energy. You will work within ART BASE (Business Application Services ERP), an Agile Release Train of around 90 colleagues across 12 agile teams. Together, they support key business domains such as finance, procurement, logistics, data and SAP governance. You will collaborate closely with integration specialists, Product Owners, architects, suppliers and DevOps teams to deliver reliable SAP integration services and continuously improve Alliander’s ERP and integration landscape.
Requirements
- an applied sciences degree or equivalent level of professional experience;
- at least 4 years of experience with system integrations and application interfaces;
- hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite, API Management and Cloud Integration;
- hands-on experience with SAP BTP, with a focus on integration;
- good written and spoken Dutch and English.
Experience with SAP Build Process Automation, Terraform, SAP Event Mesh, SAP Advanced Event Mesh, SAP Cloud ALM, Kafka or Groovy Scripting is an advantage.
Benefits & conditions
- a gross monthly salary between €4,672.22 and €6,674.60 (scale 9);
- an annual Individual Choice Budget of 18% for full-time employment or 12.8% for part-time employment. This includes 8% holiday allowance. You can have this budget paid out or use it to buy extra days off. The choice is yours;
- 24.5 days of annual leave, with the option to purchase additional days through your Individual Choice Budget;
- a year-end payment of 6% of your annual salary, paid in December;
- an annual sustainable employability budget of €700. You decide how to use it, for example for sport, a hobby, making your home more sustainable or reducing your student loan;
- unlimited learning and development opportunities through a wide range of relevant courses, training programmes and workshops.
