Job description

  • Work closely with the Systems Manager and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise requirements, which support the ongoing development of the in-house Salesforce CRM & Reservation platforms
  • Maintain an awareness of current user issues - through close contact with support teams and regular check-ins with business functions
  • Support the process to diagnose bugs vs user error and working to resolve these o Oversee day-to-day operations of the Sales Systems, including ticket management and prioritisation and ensure timely resolution of user issues, maintain high customer satisfaction and SLAs are met.

  • Plan, co-ordinate and implement regular system updates and patches across the Sales Systems
  • Develop and implement best practices for Salesforce support.
  • Develop & monitor KPIs and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Identify gaps in current functionality and prioritise any work required to fill these gaps alongside other business priorities
  • Own and manage the development pipeline to deliver regular enhancements to Audley’s Salesforce CRM & Reservation platforms via our external partner.

  • Support stakeholders with any business cases to push priorities within their functional areas
  • Understand system architecture, APIs, integrations, and data flows to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with engineering & delivery teams to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
  • Responsible for the productivity and efficiency of the team through consistent management of performance, regular feedback and coaching.
  • Conduct 1-2-1s and quarterly performance reviews with individual team members to provide support and identify development/training needs. Set and review objectives for team and create development plans.

Requirements

You will bring proven experience of working with Salesforce in a complex enterprise environment, combined with strong Product Ownership skills in managing and prioritising backlogs, driving delivery through external partners, and ensuring accurate estimation, release readiness, and successful business outcomes.

Additional experience required:

  • Experience defining requirements & acceptance criteria and validating against them (UAT, sign-off).
  • Track record planning and implementing updates/patches and maintaining an effective release/change cadence.
  • Strong reporting & KPI mindset (incidents, SLAs, backlog flow, adoption, deflect rate, release quality).
  • Experience supporting Salesforce incident resolution: differentiating bug vs user error, root cause analysis, and driving resolution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across multiple business functions, communicates roadmaps and timelines credibly.
  • Ability to build business cases and negotiate priorities across functions.
  • Strong vendor management: holding partners to scope, quality, and timelines.
  • Competent in risk management for changes/releases and proactive escalation.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365 including MS Office, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook

The Opportunity As a Technology Product Owner you will lead a team of System Support Analysts & Business Analyst alongside Audley’s external managed service partner, driving the delivery of Audley’s development pipeline. As the key link between stakeholders and development teams, you will ensure Audley’s sales technology platforms and products deliver maximum value, align with strategic objectives, meet the highest quality standards and improve the user experience for staff, clients and suppliers
