Technical Lead (Java)| 1 year | London, UK (Hybrid - 3 days/week in office)

We’re recruiting for 4x Technical Leads with strong experience in Java Spring Boot, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture, to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-native applications for a leading organisation., * Lead design and development activities across multiple Agile teams

• Drive technical solutioning, architectural reviews, and development best practices
• Mentor developers and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery
• Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Build scalable, secure, and highly available microservices architectures
• Design and implement event-driven solutions using Azure messaging services
• Develop asynchronous processing patterns for high-volume transactions
• Design and manage Document Database solutions
• Develop scalable data models and access patterns

• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot development
• Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture
• Experience in Event-Driven Architecture and messaging platforms
• Strong understanding of Azure cloud services and integration patterns
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and highly available applications
• Knowledge of Document Databases and NoSQL technologies
• Expertise in solution design, architecture reviews, and technical governance
• Experience leading Agile development teams and delivery initiatives
• Strong code review, mentoring, and technical leadership skills
• Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Spring Cloud, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Hub experience (desirable)
