hands-on delivery experience Experience leading technical teams within Agile environments Expertise in designing scalable, cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure or GCP Strong knowledge of software architecture, engineering best practices and secure development Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, .NET or similar technologies Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices Knowledge of observability, monitoring and operational excellence principles Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience mentoring and developing engineers at different stages of their careers Additional Experience That’s Highly Valued in a Technical Lead Experience with event-driven architectures and modern cloud-native platforms Strong understanding of TDD, automated testing and engineering quality practices Experience optimising performance, scalability and reliability within enterprise systems Background working alongside DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering teams Passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning Interested in This Technical Lead Opportunity?
