Support Assistant - IT/Software

You’ll be part of a dynamic support team, providing day-to-day assistance to plant operators across the manufacturing process. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be resolving system issues, supporting users, and working closely with software developers and operational teams.

• Experience with Oracle Database / SQL
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to read source code (e.g. PL/SQL, C) - desirable

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organised and able to follow defined processes
• Reliable, with strong attention to detail and attendance, * Degree or higher qualification in a software-related discipline
• Interest in software systems within a manufacturing or industrial environment

• Willingness to learn and develop within a technical support role
