Job description

  • Partner with Product and business stakeholders to identify user behaviour trends, customer pain points, and product opportunities through quantitative analysis.
  • Design, support, and evaluate experiments and A/B tests to measure product performance and impact.
  • Deliver deep-dive analysis and actionable recommendations that support strategic product initiatives.
  • Work closely with Engineering teams to establish and maintain reliable data foundations.
  • Build and maintain self-service dashboards that enable data-informed decision making across the organisation.
  • Take ownership of the product analytics function, driving best practice and helping shape the future direction of analytics within the business.

Requirements

  • Strong experience applying product analytics within a digital, consumer-facing environment.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced businesses and operate autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience using Python or R for analytical work.
  • Hands-on experience designing, running, and analysing experiments, including A/B testing.
  • Experience working with dbt or similar data transformation tools.
  • Experience with data visualisation platforms, ideally Light-dash or comparable BI tools.
  • Ability to translate complex business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management and data storytelling skills, with the confidence to present findings to senior audiences.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive, self-starting approach.
  • Experience with Data bricks and statistical techniques such as bootstrapping would be beneficial.
  • Previous experience within retail, ecommerce, marketplace, or similar digital businesses is highly desirable., * DBT
