Job description

We are looking for a reliable, tech-savvy individual to oversee and manage our proprietary insurance verification and patient intake portal. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, process improvement, and building better healthcare software., * Maintain and manage the insurance verification portal.

  • Make updates and configuration changes to ensure the portal functions properly.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve portal issues.
  • Work closely with the development team to improve functionality and implement new features.
  • Review insurance workflows and ensure the portal accurately reflects payer requirements.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn complex workflows and make system configuration changes.
  • Experience with software development, QA testing, databases, or web applications is a strong plus., * Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:

  • IT : 3 years (Required)
  • medicaid, medicare and insurance: 1 year (Required)
