Requirements

  • Experience with Windows 10
  • Expertise with Windows 11
  • Demonstrated experience with non-standard Software Installation
  • Demonstrated experience loading computer images with SCCM and PowerShell scripts
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot network connectivity to ensure PC is online during build process
  • Provide hardware/software support services to onsite client including break/fix
  • Diagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutions
  • Troubleshoot network devices in order to ensure connectivity from the PC to the Network
  • Strong technical and communication ability to explain to end-users about refresh processes, including ability to help configure and sync refreshed computer
  • Flexibility to handle a variety of activities and changes
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm if activities do not go according to plan
  • High organizational ability and detailed oriented
  • Demonstrated ability to follow processes
  • Demonstrated ability to document work, track tasks/installs, and perform QA activities, * IT support: 2 years (Required)
  • Imaging Devices: 2 years (Required)
  • Microsoft 365 Support: 2 years (Required)
