Requirements

Seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to lead IT delivery teams in a Biotech/Pharma environment. Must Have:

8+ years as a Scrum Master CSM, PSM, or equivalent certification

Scrum, Kanban & SAFe experience Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally Strong Agile coaching & stakeholder management Nice to Have: Biotech/Pharma or Life Sciences experience GxP, CSV, or SOX knowledge SAFe SM/RTE, PSM II, or A-CSM
