Job description

Operational delivery includes scripting, data processing, reporting, automation tools, APIs, coordinating resources priorities allocation
Identify risks early, manage dependencies, strengthen QA, governance, escalation, documentation, frameworks, resolve technical issues delivery
Attend client meetings, engage senior stakeholders, translate technical issues into operational commercial impact, push back
