Job description

  • Operational delivery includes scripting, data processing, reporting, automation tools, APIs, coordinating resources priorities allocation
  • Identify risks early, manage dependencies, strengthen QA, governance, escalation, documentation, frameworks, resolve technical issues delivery
  • Attend client meetings, engage senior stakeholders, translate technical issues into operational commercial impact, push back
