You’ll work closely with senior client stakeholders to solve complex business challenges through data-driven insights while helping shape the future direction of a growing Insights & Analytics practice., * Leading major client engagements across customer insights, segmentation, brand measurement, customer experience, and growth strategy.

• Building and expanding executive-level client relationships.
• Driving business development, revenue growth, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Championing innovation through advanced analytics, AI, and emerging research methodologies.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of insights and analytics professionals.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary consulting teams to deliver strategic business outcomes.

• Proven track record of leadership experience in Insights & Analytics, Market Research, Strategy, or Consulting.
• Demonstrated success building senior client relationships and generating new business.
• Deep expertise across customer insights, market research, analytics, and strategic decision-making.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience within consulting, professional services, or advisory environments preferred.
