Job description

Lead change management activities across SAP Finance implementations. Conduct stakeholder, impact, and business readiness assessments. Develop and deliver communication, engagement, and training strategies.

Requirements

Drive user adoption and benefits realisation before and after go-live. Proven Organisational Change Management experience within SAP programmes. Experience working with large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.

Ideal candidate: An experienced change professional with SAP Finance expertise who can help ensure business readiness, user adoption, and successful delivery of finance transformation initiatives.
