Job description

Coordinate and support the planning, delivery, and governance of changes to platforms, business applications and operational processes. Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, service teams, and external partners to ensure that application and platform enhancements, configuration updates, and process improvements are well designed, impact assessed, documented, tested, and successfully embedded into business-as-usual operations.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with

  • Experience coordinating platform and application changes, configuration updates, or business process improvement activities
  • Strong understanding of business applications, workflows, and the relationship between process, data, and technology
  • Proven ability to map business processes using tools such as Visio or similar
