Junior UI/UX Designer

• Wireframing & Prototyping: Assist in building user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to test ideas and map out seamless user journeys.
• Visual UI Design: Craft clean, intuitive, and accessible screen layouts, ensuring visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Design System Support: Help maintain and expand our Figma component libraries and digital style guides across various client projects.
• User Research & Testing: Support usability testing sessions, compile candidate feedback, and turn user insights into actionable design iterations.
• Developer Collaboration: Prepare clear design assets and documentation for smooth handoffs to engineering teams., * Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating basic UI/UX principles, wireframing, and polished visual design (academic, personal, or internship projects welcome).

• Tooling: Practical familiarity with modern design tools, particularly Figma (understanding of Auto Layout, components, and basic prototyping).
• Foundational Knowledge: Solid understanding of grid systems, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and responsive design fundamentals.
• Language & Communication: Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to explain the reasoning behind your design choices.
• Mindset: Eager to learn, open to constructive feedback, detail-oriented, and excited to grow within a fast-paced agency setting.
