Job description

Jerome Testttt is searching for a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our rapidly growing team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting the overall design and user experience for our website and mobile applications. You will work closely with our development team and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into innovative, intuitive and visually appealing designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross functional teams including product management, development, and marketing to understand business requirements and user needs
Conduct user research, create user personas, and perform competitive analysis to inform design decisions
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows
Design visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for website and mobile applications that align with brand guidelines and standards
Continuously iterate and enhance designs based on feedback and user testing
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design to bring fresh ideas and innovation to our products

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
Minimum of 2 years experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
Experience with user research and usability testing
Knowledge of frontend development (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem solving skills, and design aesthetics
