D365 Technical ArchitectLocation: London / HybridJob Type: PermanentNo sponsorship can be offered About the Company Joining a specialist Microsoft partner means you’ll gain exposure to complex projects, senior stakeholders and meaningful technical challenges while avoiding the bureaucracy often found in larger organisations. Your contribution will be highly visible, your voice will be heard, and your work will directly influence successful project outcomes. About the Role You’ll have real ownership, visibility and influence from day one, working across long-term, end-to-end enterprise projects rather than short-term engagements or isolated workstreams. You’ll be involved throughout the full delivery lifecycle, helping shape solutions from initial architecture and design through to implementation, optimisation and ongoing innovation. Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.Define technical roadmaps, architecture standards, and best practices.Provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle, from discovery through to deployment and support.Design and oversee integrations between D365, third-party applications, Azure services, and enterprise systems.Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned to business objectives.Review technical designs, code quality, and development standards.Support pre-sales activities, solution estimations, and technical workshops where required.Mentor and develop technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Technical Architect, Lead Developer, or Senior Technical Consultant.Strong technical expertise across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, with a particular focus on: Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service.Proven experience designing and delivering Power Pages (Portals) solutions, including external-facing customer, partner, or citizen services.Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.Experience designing enterprise integrations using Azure services, APIs, Logic Apps and Service Bus.Strong development background with C#, .NET, JavaScript and related Microsoft technologies.Experience leading architecture decisions across complex, enterprise-scale implementations.
