Job description

We are seeking a hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Architect to design, build, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions across healthcare and service-driven environments. This role combines solution architecture with strong software development, requiring active coding and end-to-end delivery across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform. Responsibilities Collaboration & Stakeholders

Work with stakeholders, product owners, and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Communicate architecture and design decisions clearly across technical and non-technical teams. Architecture & Development
Design and deliver Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Build plugins, custom components, APIs, and integrations.
Develop canvas/model-driven apps, Power Pages, and automation flows.
Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance system design. Core Development
Develop using: C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Build REST APIs and integrate external systems.
Customise and extend Dynamics 365 using Dataverse. Data & Integration
Design Dataverse models and ensure data integrity.
Build integrations using APIs and Azure services.
Support event-driven and service-based architectures. Governance & Delivery
Enforce best practices and ALM using Azure DevOps.

Requirements

Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
Hands-on coding experience in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript.
Experience building plugins, APIs, and integrations.
Strong Dataverse and data modelling knowledge.
Azure and enterprise integration experience.
Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus.
