Associate Director, SAP Source-to-Pay / Ariba Delivery Lead, Technology & Transformation

As a SAP Ariba Delivery Lead, your role will involve:

• Leading the delivery of SAP enabled transformation programmes - specialising in SAP Ariba solutions
• Develop and manage implementation plans that maximise the potential of SAP technology whilst minimising implementation risk
• Manage the overall progress of the implementation, overseeing quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• Input into the overall deployment approach across the implementation, providing SME insight into data migration and cutover cycles to provide seamless transition between each.
• Designing end-to-end solutions and ensuring deliverables are consistent with design principles, standards and methodologies.
• Lead client workshops covering a range of topics including; process design, industry best practices and bring SME knowledge in SAP Ariba environments.
• Leading pre-sales conversations with the clients and helping to shape a vision of their procurement transformation journey roadmap
• Build client relationships with senior stakeholders
• Lead or participate in practice development activities which support sales activities and internal capability development

• Expertise in SAP Ariba processes and solutions.
• Strong knowledge of integrations between SAP Ariba and the SAP ERP, including associated processes such as SAP MM and HCM.
• Proven experience across the end-to-end source-to-pay process, and strong procurement knowledge across both indirect and direct procurement and how each should be managed across SAP Ariba and the SAP ERP.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management
• A clear understanding of Ariba integration with Finance, HCM and Supply Chain processes
• Experience of delivering Ariba as part of a transformation programme
• Aware of recent SAP Ariba innovations and roadmap
• Experience of Agile working practices on SAP implementation, along with planning of activities during the project
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) working with client stakeholders to development teams

Desirable

• An understanding of other associated solutions such as best of breed procurement tools
• Knowledge of procurement process
