Senior Consultant, Procure to Pay, SAP Public Cloud, Technology and Transformation

You’re comfortable owning a workstream, not just contributing to one. You can take a process area and run with it, from workshop to go-live, with client stakeholders relying on your judgement.

You like developing people as much as delivering the work. You’ll have consultants and analysts learning from you as the team builds out.

Essentials:

• Solid, proven experience across multiple SAP Materials Management/Procure to Pay implementations.
• Direct experience with S/4HANA Cloud, ideally including SAP Ariba.
• Confidence facilitating workshops and holding your own with client process owners.

Desirables:

• SAP Ariba certification
• Public sector procurement experience

Our SAP Public Cloud Centre of Excellence in Manchester sits at the heart of some of the most complex, high-profile SAP Public Cloud programmes in the UK market, from greenfield public sector transformations to large-scale recovery engagements. We’re growing fast, which means this is a rare chance to help shape a practice from the ground up rather than join one that’s already fully formed. SAP Ariba is named directly in several of our live public sector bids, but we don’t yet have a dedicated Procure to Pay specialist - so you’d be filling a gap that’s already visible in the pipeline, not a hypothetical one.

You’ll lead Procure to Pay design and delivery across engagements, running Fit-to-Standard workshops and owning configuration and testing, including SAP Ariba where it’s in scope. You’ll shape how we solution and price P2P in bids, and you’ll have consultants and analysts to develop as the practice grows.

Personal independence

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your “Immediate Family Members” are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
