- Champion user-centred design principles throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with User Researchers and Service Designers to understand user needs and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Ensure product decisions are evidence-based and aligned with GDS principles where applicable.
- Contribute to the design and optimisation of end-to-end user journeys across digital channels.
Product Governance & Process
- Contribute to service assessments and ensure products are prepared for Alpha, Beta, and Live phases.
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and inclusion are considered throughout delivery.
- Understand and navigate sector governance, assurance processes, and stakeholder environments.
- Work with policy, operational, and technology teams to balance user needs with organisational requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build productive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements, validate assumptions, and align priorities.
- Communicate product objectives, risks, dependencies, and progress clearly to stakeholders.
