System Support Representative

In this role, you’ll ensure the reliability and performance of mission-planning systems for critical operations. Your tasks will include updating mission planning applications, diagnosing and resolving system issues, performing updates and data loads, and maintaining operational readiness. Whether for daily operations, training exercises, or deployments, you’ll play a key role in keeping essential technology functioning when it matters most.

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
• CompTIA Security+ certification (required within 6 months of hire)
• IT-related degree OR minimum of 2 years of relevant IT experience
• KC-135 support

Experience supporting USAF or DoD mission planning systems, working within classified or secure environments, and/or military or aircrew experience are preferred.
