Information Technology Specialist

Work with end-users to resolve desktop level issues. Provide assistance with audio-

visual equipment, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices. Manage user accounts and account unlocking. Assist users with mobile device issues. Provide assistance with desktop applications. Deploy new desktops using approved image and procedures. Assist in the management of firm network, including servers, switches routers, phone system, and wireless equipment. Setup A/V equipment for trials and work with attorneys to display exhibits at trial., · Work with end-users to resolve desktop level issues.

· Provide assistance with desktop applications.

· Deploy new desktops using approved image and procedures.

· Assist in the management of firm network, including servers, switches routers, phone system, and wireless equipment.

· Work in a team environment

· Follow oral and written technical instructions

· Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new skills

· Problem solve on their own, using basic reasoning

· Provide technical support to end users in a respectful and polite way

· Work reliably under pressure/deadlines

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma required

· Other preferred:

· Microsoft, Cisco, or other technical certifications

· Windows/MacOS

· Microsoft Windows Server

· Microsoft Active Directory/Entra

· Microsoft Exchange/365

· Microsoft SQL and basic understanding and use of structured query language (SQL)

· Microsoft Office applications, primarily Microsoft Word and Powerpoint

· Computer hardware (changing a DVD drive, installing memory)

· Computer networking, subnetting, routing, and cabling

· Cisco Unified Communications phone systems

· Cisco products such as wireless and firewalls

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
