Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (EBS) Human Capital Management (HCM) techno-functional consultant

Infosys is seeking Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (EBS) Human Capital Management (HCM) techno-functional consultant with knowledge and experience in HCM - Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) modules. The position will primarily be responsible for application support Oracle EBS R12 version 12.2.6 to 12.2.14. The selected candidate should be able to perform end-to-end upgrade activities including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, configuring HCM modules (HR and OTL), noting lessons learnt, and sharing domain knowledge with teammates. The successful candidate must be able to perform mapping for application upgrade and ensuring seamless cross-module integration. The role also provides user training of modified forms, prepares documentation, drives UAT, supports cutover/go-live and delivers hypercare. Candidate must have strong techno-functional expertise in EBS HCM modules and ERP best practices, with proven experience of delivering Oracle EBS R12 upgrade in complex, multi-site setup.

• At least 4 years of relevant IT experience.

• Location for this position is anywhere in the US. This position may require travel to client/project location.

• In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to “U.S. persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Experience with a minimum of 1 Oracle EBS 12.2.xx Upgrade - end-to-end implementation.

• Knowledge of system integrations and batch scheduling.

• Experience in testing integrations with external and internal systems.

• Understanding of software engineering practices and various business processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of various business processes in respective domain.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience and desire to work closely with business users.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:

• In CA / CO / IL / MA / MD / MN / NJ / NY / VT / WA: $73,000 to $102,200
• In Washington, DC: $66,500 to $100,300
