  • Manage MES maintenance activities, system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing support initiatives
  • Coordinate and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system validation, and release readiness activities
  • Delegate testing responsibilities to appropriate business users and ensure completion of testing deliverables
  • Partner with manufacturing, planning, operations, and IT teams to improve MES processes and user adoption

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience supporting MES, manufacturing systems, or SAP/ERP initiatives
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and their integration with ERP platforms
  • Experience managing system upgrades, testing cycles, maintenance activities, and production support efforts

  • Proven ability to facilitate meetings, manage priorities, and drive projects to completion
  • Experience troubleshooting system and process-related issues in a manufacturing environment
