As Project Manager - Military Sensor and Networking Solutions (m/f/d) you are directly reporting to the C-level and will be an essential part of our journey, with plenty of opportunities for your own personal and professional growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Planning, management, and implementation of projects in the fields of military sensor technology, networking, and system and data integration
- Project management for projects with industry partners and military end customers
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary development teams
- Support in bid and project initiation processes
- Communication with national and international stakeholders (including NATO-related matters)
- Participation in projects with a national focus as well as those related to NATO and Ukraine
- Preparation and conduct of project meetings, reviews, and status reports
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Completed university degree or related experience in a technical or scientific field
- 2+yr experience with sensor technology, communication systems, or networking systems
- Project management certifications are a plus, but not required
- Eligibility for a security clearance
- Decision-maker: you gather input, synthesize, commit, and move forward
- High ownership, independence, and bias for action, combining attention to detail with pragmatism and the willingness to “get hands dirty” rather than delegating execution
- Ideally you will have prior national defense service history and be familiarity with hardware/software integration challenges
- Experience working with early-stage or rapidly evolving products are welcomed
- Excellent German, English and MS Excel skills, both written and spoken
