Technical Lead

How will you impact?

Lead a cross-functional engineering team responsible for partner enablement, technical strategy, architecture, engineering quality, and delivery. Own the technical direction of the team while collaborating with Product, TPMs, architects, and globally distributed engineering teams.

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor engineers through coaching, technical guidance, and performance feedback.
• Own architecture decisions, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and engineering delivery.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define solutions.
• Guide modernization of legacy applications toward modern engineering practices.
• Support production incidents and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion engineering excellence through automation, testing, observability, and DevOps., Parser may use AI-assisted tools during certain stages of the recruitment process to support operational efficiency. Our recruiting teams use AI to streamline note-taking and scheduling. All hiring decisions are made by people, with human review and oversight.

• 7+ years building enterprise software.
• 2+ years leading engineering teams.
• Strong Java expertise.
• Deep AWS knowledge including CloudFormation.
• Experience designing distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Advanced level english communication
