Job description

We are seeking dependable individuals with basic computer knowledge or limited hands-on IT experience to assist with processing computers, tablets, iPads, and other electronic devices. This is an entry-level opportunity and does not require advanced IT certifications or extensive technical experience.

Employees will inspect, test, disassemble, sort, and perform quality checks on electronic equipment. Candidates should be comfortable working with computers and electronic devices, following detailed instructions, and documenting their work accurately., * Inspect computers, iPads, tablets, and other electronic devices

  • Perform basic testing and quality checks
  • Identify cosmetic damage or basic hardware issues
  • Disassemble computers and electronic equipment using hand tools
  • Sort and organize electronic components and materials
  • Verify device information, serial numbers, and inventory records
  • Enter basic information into computer systems
  • Follow established processes for handling and processing equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Meet daily production and quality expectations
  • Follow all safety and data-security procedures

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of computers, tablets, or electronic devices
  • Some IT, computer repair, electronics, quality inspection, or technical experience is preferred but not required
  • Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
  • Ability to recognize basic computer components is helpful
  • Ability to use small hand tools safely
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Dependable attendance and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Candidates may be a good fit if they have experience with computer hardware, electronics assembly, device testing, phone or tablet repair, quality inspection, technical support, computer building, or personally working on computers and electronic devices.
