Entry-Level IT Support Tech

• Help employees with basic computer and technology problems
• Troubleshoot computers, printers, Wi-Fi, and office equipment
• Install Windows, software, and computer updates
• Install, cable, and troubleshoot security cameras
• Assist with routers, network connections, Internet Protocol addresses, and basic Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol settings
• Occasionally travel between two company locations; authorized mileage and travel expenses are reimbursed

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on person to provide basic IT (Information Technology) support at our company locations. No college degree or professional IT (Information Technology) experience is required. Practical computer knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn are more important., * Basic knowledge of computers, Windows, printers, Wi-Fi, and networking

• Comfortable troubleshooting common hardware and software problems
• Able to use basic tools and perform simple camera and network cabling
• Dependable, organized, and willing to learn
• Professional experience is helpful but not required
• Self-taught candidates and computer enthusiasts are encouraged to apply

Pay

Starting pay: $17.50 per hour

Performance and pay review after 90 days.
