IT Help Desk Technician

• Serve as point or contact with employees who need technical assistance via the Teams, Email, or Phone
• Provide technical support to employees by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance
• Provide answers to employees by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding employees through corrective steps, and training if required
• Maintain SLA’s to ensure you are addressing needs in a timely manner
• Provide information and research new IT products and services
• Track problems and their resolution via the IT Ticketing System
• Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to the IT Director
• Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting
• Collaborate with HR and Leadership on onboarding and off boarding employees

Northstar Fertility Partners is hiring an IT HELP DESK TECHNICIAN. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, be a critical thinker, and have strong problem -solving skills., * High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 1-2 years working experience as an IT Help Desk Technician or System Admin
• Must have or is in the process of completing the Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certification (MS-900).
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 required
• Familiarity with Help Desk Systems
• Prior experience on supporting cloud applications
• Knowledge of Computer hardware and repairs desired
• Basic knowledge mobile devices desired
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
• Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to the Head of Information Technology
