Job description
Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications using Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness. Build robust back-end services and APIs using C#, REST APIs, and SQL Server. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Create technical specifications and documentation based on business requirements and conceptual designs. Troubleshoot and resolve system bugs, optimize application performance, and ensure reliability and security. Conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of software quality. Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices and career development. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and clarify business requirements. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and tools, and incorporate them into projects as appropriate. Support and maintain production environments, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of issues.
Requirements
Professional experience in software development, with a focus on web and back-end technologies. Expertise in front-end development (Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST, JSON). Advanced knowledge of back-end development (C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, LINQ). Hands-on experience in the full SDLC, building enterprise-level web and desktop applications. Strong proficiency in .NET MVC and .NET Core, with deployment experience on IIS. Proficient in source control tools, particularly GitHub, in a team environment. Solid understanding of database design, performance optimization, and production environment management using SQL Server. Proven ability to work under pressure, handle complex projects, and deliver results independently. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Experience with Azure services and cloud-based development is highly desirable.
Experience: 6+ year’s relevant experience
Education: Must meet one of the following requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college) Associate’s Degree in a Technical Field Certification in relevant focus area’

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $80000- $90000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
