Job description

We are hiring an experienced AI Delivery Lead to drive enterprise Data & AI engagements for one of our clients. This is a highly visible client-facing leadership role where you’ll own technical delivery, solution architecture, executive stakeholder engagement, and AI-driven transformation initiatives within the insurance domain.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth in modern Microsoft data platforms with the ability to lead executive conversations, influence strategy, and deliver complex Data & AI programs., * Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Data & AI programs from solution design through implementation.

  • Serve as the primary technical advisor for client stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Define solution architecture and technical direction across modern Azure data platforms.
  • Present technical solutions and strategic recommendations to business and executive audiences.
  • Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations and solution decks for customers and internal leadership.
  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled and agentic delivery approaches across engagements.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams on technical solutioning, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Provide technical leadership to cross-functional engineering and delivery teams.
  • Build trusted relationships with client leadership while ensuring successful project execution.

Requirements

  • 12 16 years of overall IT experience with leadership in Data & AI delivery.
  • Experience in AVP, Senior AVP, Delivery Lead, Solution Lead, or similar leadership roles.
  • Strong background in the Insurance industry (Group Insurance preferred).
  • Hands-on architecture experience with Microsoft Fabric.
  • Strong expertise in the Microsoft Azure Data ecosystem, including:
  • Azure Data Factory (ADF)
  • Azure Synapse Analytics
  • Azure Databricks
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, enterprise data warehousing, and modern analytics architectures.
  • Understanding of Agentic AI frameworks and AI-driven software delivery practices.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel 20 30% as required.
  • Candidates located on the US East Coast are strongly preferred.
  • Immediate availability is highly desirable., * Experience leading large enterprise Data & AI transformation programs.
  • Strong consulting and client-facing background.
  • Experience working closely with executive leadership and C-level stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead geographically distributed delivery teams.
