Job description
1.
Responds to calls placed to IT Helpdesk and Teams chats with promptness and professionalism
2.
Perform systems administration tasks including new user setup, email, imaging and deploying new computers, and setting up printers and phones
3.
Assists in the setup of projectors, laptops, and speaker phones for training and presentations
4.
Assists with hardware and OS installation
5.
Updates Help Desk ticketing system and document procedures
6.
Monitors the status of printers and computers
7.
Keeps an asset inventory of all network equipment
8.
Eager to learn and expand technical skills
9.
Collaborate with Electronic Health Record and Data teams in managing the system software.
10.
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Education:
Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience and/or IT certifications preferred
- Experience/Lived Experience:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience providing Level 1 Desktop support in a Microsoft environment is required - a healthcare environment is preferred.
- Special Skills/Training:
Experience supporting Electronic Medical Record systems - Ochin Epic preferred
