Job description
As a Google Cloud Architect, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering modern cloud solutions that help clients transform their applications and infrastructure on Google Cloud.
You’ll engage directly with business and technical stakeholders to understand their goals, identify modernization opportunities, and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud environments. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that involves leading design, implementation, and optimization initiatives across technologies such as Anthos, Kubernetes, and core IaaS., * Architect and Implement Solutions: Design and deploy resilient, scalable, and secure solutions on Google Cloud.
- Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, offering best practices and architectural guidance throughout their cloud journey.
- Project Delivery: Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of cloud projects while meeting SLAs and performance objectives.
- Integration & Infrastructure: Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, and technology platforms that drive successful solution adoption.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Googlers and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and lasting client success.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to refining internal processes, templates, and methodologies to improve delivery excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cloud Architect, Data Engineer, or System Engineer in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, and security best practices.
- Hands-on experience delivering custom solutions on a major public cloud platform (GCP preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills., * Google Cloud Professional Architect certification.
- Proficiency with Terraform, Bash, and infrastructure as code principles.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Istio, and Anthos.
- Experience working within the Google Cloud ecosystem.
