  • Prepare third-party measurement reports and performance dashboards for internal teams and external partners.
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify trends, benchmarks, opportunities, and optimization recommendations.
  • Support the development of partner success stories and case studies using third-party measurement data.
  • Maintain workflows related to third-party measurement setup, reporting, and quality assurance to ensure campaigns remain on schedule.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for third-party measurement processes, best practices, and troubleshooting to support internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about emerging third-party measurement methodologies, privacy changes, identity solutions, and measurement technologies, and share relevant learnings with the team.
  • Work closely with Operations, Sales, Account Management, Product, and other internal teams to support successful campaign execution.
  • Coordinate with external third-party measurement partners and support teams to address technical implementation issues, manage follow-up actions, and support successful campaign execution across multiple vendor platforms.
  • Research, evaluate, and support the implementation of new attribution vendors, products, and measurement capabilities as Good Karma expands its third-party measurement offerings.
  • Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to improve data analysis, reporting, documentation, troubleshooting, operational efficiency, and overall effectiveness while maintaining accuracy, appropriate human oversight, and company standards.
  • Be a Good Karma ambassador and adhere to the core values: Listen, Be Honest, Work Hard, Over Deliver, Follow Through, and Teamwork.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on digital operations and attribution measurement.
  • Understanding of digital advertising concepts, including impressions, analytics, clicks, conversions, attribution models, and return on investment.
  • Familiarity with third-party measurement technology, demand-side platforms, ad servers, Google Analytics 4, Campaign Manager 360, Display & Video 360, and similar advertising platforms.
  • Experience with pixels, software development kits, server-to-server integrations, application programming interfaces, conversion tracking, and website analytics.
