Job description

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, systems, and applications
  • Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
  • Support network connectivity (LAN/WAN, VPNs, Wi-Fi)
  • Perform system updates, patches, and routine maintenance
  • Assist with cybersecurity measures and endpoint protection
  • Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents efficiently

Requirements

We are seeking a versatile and technically skilled IT Specialist to support, maintain, and optimise IT systems and infrastructure. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, managing hardware and software, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate has a broad understanding of IT systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across multiple technologies., * Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 2-5+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration
  • Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic Linux environments
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud services
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Good communication and customer service abilities
