Director of Information Technology

• Develop and execute the company’s IT strategy to support business objectives.
• Lead and manage all IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and end-user support.
• Oversee ERP systems, warehouse management systems, and business applications.
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, contracts, and technology investments.
• Ensure data security, business continuity, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead technology projects, system implementations, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Establish IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing IT team.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities where technology can improve efficiency, productivity, and customer service.
• Provide leadership in evaluating emerging technologies and business solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including experience managing multi-site operations.
• Strong background in network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, ERP systems, and enterprise applications.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or warehouse operations is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading complex technology projects and managing IT teams.
• Strong business acumen and ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with JD Edwards, warehouse management systems, and manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting multi-location operations across the United States.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, disaster recovery planning, and IT governance.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader capable of developing a long-term technology strategy while also ensuring the day-to-day reliability and performance of the company’s IT environment.
