Job description

Summary: The IT Coordinator plans, initiates, executes, and closes technology-driven projects, acting as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver solutions on time, within budget, and to scope. They are responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing risk, allocating resources, and ensuring compliance with IT standards., · Work internally within Microsoft software systems

o (BC) Business Central - data

o (BI) Power BI - reporting - dashboards

o (CE) Dynamics 365 - Customer Engagement/Market

· Other Software

o TurboKey - custom software

o TSReman website

o PM (Monday.com)

o Customer business system data integration (ex: Procede)

· Identify high-impact AI use cases across departments

· Monitor AI performance, accuracy, and ROI

· Collaborate with users to troubleshoot system requirements

· Develops processing procedures and systems modifications

· Uses structured and cost analysis to identify and recommend updates to the current network and computer systems

Requirements

Turbo Solutions LLC, a leading wholesale supplier of new and remanufactured turbochargers specializing in heavy and medium-duty trucks, is excited to expand our team! We are currently seeking a highly skilled IT Coordinator specializing in technology-driven projects, with a broad range of knowledge in Software and Hardware., * 2-5 years experience with Microsoft Business System software a must

  • 2-5 years experience in Windows computer support, systems and maintenance
  • Experience with supporting Microsoft Windows & Windows Server (current & historical versions)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)
  • Networking knowledge and experience
  • High level knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Database Competent
  • Microsoft 365 Admin
  • Microsoft Business Central
  • Enterprise Resource Planning
  • Microsoft Customer Engagement
  • Experience working with 3rd Party Vendors
  • EDI Integration - Specifically with SPS Commerce
  • SaaS (Software as a Service)
  • SQL

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage collaborate with a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail, * How many years of experience do you have with EDI Integration - Specifically with SPS Commerce?
