Job description

At XGRiD Campers, we help customers explore further with rugged, off-road, and luxury adventure campers built for off-grid living., * Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective customers visiting the showroom, calling in, or inquiring online.

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and customer inquiries via phone, email, website, text, and social media.
  • Actively drive sales from existing leads through outbound telemarketing efforts
  • Schedule sales consultations, follow-up appointments, service visits, and customer walkthroughs.
  • Build strong rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout the sales and ownership journey.
  • Manage customer information, lead activity, and follow-up tasks within the CRM and Dealer Management System.
  • Support the sales team with quote preparation, paperwork, inventory coordination, and customer communication.
  • Assist with preparing and organizing paperwork for sales, rentals, financing, and service appointments.
  • Maintain and update website inventory listings, pricing, specifications, and showroom displays.
  • Help coordinate customer deliveries, orientations, and product walkthroughs.
  • Assist with office organization, filing systems, scheduling, and operational workflows.
  • Greet showroom visitors and help maintain a welcoming, professional customer environment.
  • Support marketing initiatives including social media preparation, events, expos, customer outreach, and vendor promotions.
  • Assist other team members with camper preparation, organization, showroom upkeep, and general operational support as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment for customers and team members.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management to support our growing team.

Requirements

We are looking for an Internet Sales Consultant who is enthusiastic, organized, customer-focused, and excited to support multiple aspects of the customer experience. This role combines sales support, customer communication, CRM management, office coordination, and showroom operations.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, learns quickly, communicates well, and thrives in a fast-paced small business environment where priorities may shift throughout the day.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers of all backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to follow through on tasks and action items without reminders.
  • Comfortable learning technical product information and explaining features to customers.
  • Computer proficiency with MacOS, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and web-based applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a small team.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
  • Towing experience or willingness to learn is a plus., * 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, office coordination, marketing, or business development roles.
  • Experience in RV, automotive, outdoor recreation, hospitality, or dealership environments preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus.
  • RV or off-road industry experience is not required, but a passion for outdoor adventure and travel is highly valued.

Physical Requirements

  • Position requiring standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, squat, twist, push, and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Occasional outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
