Internet Sales Consultant

Supervision Received: Works under the direct supervision of the Sales Director., * Responsible for managing internet sales activities and lead follow up

• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging customers
• Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements
• Communicate customer requests to Sales Director
• Negotiate and sign contracts
• Prepares periodic internet sales report showing sales volume and potential sales
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts (internet primary)
• Present recommendations to Sales Director
• Attend weekly meetings and communicate progress reports; attend all staff meetings
• Visiting realtors and planning area events; Attending seminars and conventions on internet sales
• Coordinate and schedule appointments for prospective home buyers
• Marketing and promoting internet sales
• Safety Sensitive position
• Assist in any other duties as assigned

• Four year college degree and 1 to 3 years of work related experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable transportation

• Background check will be conducted

Ability to understand financial facts related to buying homes

Ability to compile and analyze data

Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in working with computers and other types of technology

Work Environment: Office environment. The noise level is moderately quiet.

Physical Demands: Occasionally required to sit and use their fingers, to handle or feel. Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, and to stoop or kneel. Must be able to carry equipment up to 30 lbs. Subject to driving to various locations in varying weather conditions. Safety sensitive position.
