Application Engineer

Provide technical support for battery products through inspection, evaluation, statistical analysis, product recommendations, and project follow-up. Ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.

General Accountabilities

• Inspect, evaluate, and test battery products for performance & compliance
• Perform statistical analysis and failure mode analysis
• Recommend products and provide technical sales support
• Operate CAD/engineering software for design and evaluation
• Collaborate with customers, engineers, and cross-functional teams
• Oversee manufacturing, installation, and maintenance activities
• Prepare material/equipment specifications and calculations
• Ensure project deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Apply electrical theory to develop and improve battery systems

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (accredited school), * Technical support, QC, or product evaluation in engineering
• Battery industry experience preferred (chemical-electrical or industrial engineering acceptable)

• Advanced electrical engineering knowledge
