Job description

We are seeking an experienced HPE Resident Infrastructure Engineer to provide dedicated onsite support for a customer’s HPE enterprise infrastructure. The engineer will serve as the primary technical resource responsible for maintaining, supporting, troubleshooting, and optimizing HPE server, storage, networking, and GreenLake environments across multiple customer locations.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with HPE infrastructure technologies, Aruba networking solutions, enterprise data centre operations, and excellent customer-facing communication skills.Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite support for HPE enterprise infrastructure in customer office and data centre environments.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot HPE ProLiant servers and associated hardware.
  • Support HPE storage platforms including provisioning, performance monitoring, firmware upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Configure and support Aruba switching, routing, and wireless infrastructure.
  • Manage Aruba Central and GreenLake environments.
  • Support Aruba 9004 Gateways, SD-WAN, and security solutions.
  • Administer ClearPass and OnGuard Network Access Control (NAC) environments.
  • Monitor infrastructure health using HPE InfoSight and recommend proactive improvements.
  • Support UXI Sensors and wireless performance monitoring.
  • Perform hardware replacements, firmware upgrades, patching, and preventive maintenance.
  • Work closely with HPE Technical Support (TAC) to resolve complex infrastructure issues.
  • Participate in infrastructure planning, architecture discussions, and technology recommendations.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and system diagrams.
  • Participate in maintenance windows, change management activities, and incident response.

Work Environment

  • 100% Onsite in Norristown, PA.
  • Travel between customer office and local data centres in Norristown and Philadelphia as required.
  • Participation in scheduled maintenance windows and occasional after-hours support may be required.

Pay: From $70.00 per hour
